Today we’re joined by Anna Kobza, a Ph.D. student in Animal Science at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and one of the most visible young voices in the beef industry. In addition to her research in feedlot nutrition and techno-economic decision-making, she’s built a large platform on social media where she connects producers and consumers. She’s also a member of the NCBA Trailblazers Program, serving as a national advocate for the beef industry.
