Allison Ausband began her career with Delta Air Lines in 1985 as a flight attendant. Today, she's senior vice president of in-flight service at Delta, leading a team of more than 23,000 flight attendants around the world. Before Ausband joined Delta, she was a broadcast journalist. She graduated from the University of Georgia Grady College of Journalism.
