Hard to believe we're embarking on the 100th day of quarantining, but no complaints here. I'm staying grateful and counting my blessings....1 by 1. I'm thankful for health, good weather, family and friends. Now more than ever, it's important to take our health (physical and mental) very seriously...particularly given the reduction in social interactions we're all experiencing, as well as the trauma of watching people get killed on camera.
