When I first met Thai-Italian singer-songwriter Valentina Ploy, the thing that stood out to me the most was her warm, genuine energy that infected every room she was in. An artist that truly wears her heart on her sleeve, she has gone from strength to strength, gaining significant support for her music digitally, to opening for Coldplay last year. Now as an independent artist, we chatted to her in Bali at AXEAN festival about how she continues to keep her heart open despite the challenges life throws at her.
