In the first part of the show, hosts: Diane Beruldsen and Ms. Raina discuss current events for female flag football in the United States and the International Women's Flag Football Association past and future events.

Female Flag Football is booming and becoming recognized and sponsored by the NFL and NIKE.

In the second part of the show, you'll hear interview with veteran Mom Coach: Kristie Artigue who shares the emotions of being a fairly new female coach in today's society. And finaly, we celebrate the Pakistan Women's Flag Football Team: Aney Rustam, Abida Batool, Aisha Qazi, Zainab Riaz, Ume Omema and Zeba Manzoor Hussain who won the 2020 International Trivia Contest .
