In today's episode, we break down the decision to keep our building closed during this season, and pivot to leaning into creatively engaging with people remotely. It hasn't always been the easiest decision, but it has helped prevent prolonged fatigue from constant change and has allowed us to really evaluate how we lead in the next 5 years. How we lead in this season will determine how we lead in the future.
