Even in such a progressive country like Canada, it can still be overlooked that there is a massive disparity for opportunities for leadership amongst women. The reality is that a lot of traditional expressions of faith have historically frowned upon offering opportunities to women. While we at Movement strive to create an inclusive space where equal opportunity exists regardless of who you are, we want to create space for conversations that often get swept under the rug. By opening up platforms to be challenged, we help limit ourselves from having a narrow, insulated perspective.

In today's conversation, we speak with Rachel Ernst, an incredibly accomplished female who has herself experienced this disparity and has been an advocate for the empowerment of all women she comes in contact with.
