Dr. Nasser serves as Co-Chair of the Executive Committee of the NGO Committee on Human Rights. Dr. Nasser is a mental health clinician who has worked with refugee communities for 36 years, including counseling torture survivors, human rights training, and leadership development. And she's currently on the board of the South Asian Council for Social Services. And a senior advisor for the International Center for Advocates Against Discrimination.
