Captivating characters
This book really kept my interest. I finished it in two days. More than that, I connected with the characters so much that I wish there was a second epilogue, to tell me even more about their lives after the war. The story wraps up nicely and Im not dissatisfied, but Im invested enough in the women to want to hear more. It was a great insight into life during the war. I wasnt born yet, so I enjoyed getting to live through a few different perspectives.
