What is it the Lord desires for your life? Does He want you to know more about Him and His word? Does He want you to hear Him clearly? Does He want Jesus to be first in your life? To accomplish that, He may take you to the mountaintop. Such experiences are scattered throughout our Bible, though they are few and far between. They are also scattered experiences across the course of our lives, but God has a purpose in bringing us to those moments. What could He be doing in your life?
