In the series finale Sam & Dan speak to Dick King-Smith's daughter, Juliet. We find out exactly what it was like growing up with the great man and how his legacy lives on through his family. We recap the final episode in the series. We'll be back in the not too distant future for a very special episode...
This is it. The moment we've all been waiting for. The Godfather of Gunge speaks to The Nosey Parkers. The man. The Legend. Dave Benson Phillips!
Hello Nosey Parkers! Sam and Dan cover a quite extraordinary episode of The Queen's Nose. We also speak to Anthony Hamblin who plays Tom in series 1 and 2, he ran all the way to London from his home in Bangalore. He talks about "that" Gary Mabbutt scene and his life since being on the show.
In S2E2, we have a much shorter episode to cover yet that does not stop us from talking at length about nothing of any substance. Luckily, we spoke to Kirby Howell-Baptiste all the way from L.A. She is a HUGE Queen's Nose fan and we had a great chat with her. You can catch Kirby in HBO's Barry, Why Women Kill, the new Veronica Mars revival, The Good Place, and of course Killing Eve. Enjoy Nosey Parkers!
Hello you Nosey Parkers!
We are back for a second series and it's an absolute cracker. We speak to Heather Jay Jones who plays Melody in the show. We cover an extra long Queen's Nose episode and Dan has some interesting thoughts on a certain dictator! Enjoy!
We come to the final episode of Series 1 of The Queen's Nose and therefore our podcast. No interview this week however a listener called in needing Uncle Ginger's advice. Harmony has one wish left. What will she will for?
The Nosey Parkers review episode 5. Sam has a surprise for Dan and they have a good laugh with Callum Dixon aka Gregory from The Queen's Nose.
Harmony loses her 50p coin, is anyone going to help her? Does Harmony go one step too far with her family? Your ever reliable Nosey Parkers are here to dissect the episode for you. Plus, an insightful interview with theme music composer, Carl Davis CBE. We also hear from Dan's friend, who has a remarkable tale about her own Queen's Nose experience.
We are nearly half way through series one! Sam & Dan (mainly Sam) would firstly like to apologise for some of the sound quality in this podcast. We had phone interference which has been nothing short of a nightmare to fix. As for the show itself, it's an absolute cracker! We have a quiz, our TV listing round-up, episode review and an interview with King of Coins, Tom Hockenhull.
