I met a man on the elevator who had no right arm and a prosthetic right leg. He was on his phone speaking as if he was trying to talk to NY from Florida! His wife and I got a chuckle out of it as she told him to quiet down. I said I was deaf, which means he was finally talking at a level I could hear. We went our separate ways and a month later at a different event I was formally introduced to Rick and Lynn and the rest is history.
