Jason is known for creating 'Bread & Jam Festival', the first UK food founders festival, a 2-day conference aimed at bringing a wide range of aspects of the food and beverage sector together. Sarah has dedicated her career to spreading awareness of mental health and issues that can be faced. In this interview, she talks passionately to me about how vital workplace psychology can be for a business and an employer. We discuss several topics, including what exactly the difference is between mental health and mental illness. Sarah delves into factors contributing to mental health issues from blue light exposure to stress within the workplace.
