It's "Hell Yes!" or "No." Everybody says that it's that simple... but is it? I've found it to be more complex than just those two thoughts. What I've done in this episode was describe a slightly longer version based on the same ideas. I hope you try this process out for a week and see the difference it can make. enjoy!
