22 Things to do at Disney in 2022!
Hey everyone, I’m Mike, she’s Sophie, and that’s Brenda, and we’re On the Road with Mickey! This is episode 102 for December 27, 2021, and our feature topic is 22 Things to do at Disney in 2022! Looking ahead to next year, first, Happy New Year! We hope you all have a great, prosperous, and safe new year! We are looking at 22 things that we want to do at Disney in 2022! Have a listen, and let us know in the comments what you think! Here’s the rundown of what we talked about:
Update from Last Week:We asked the question, are you Team Lights or are you Team Projection when it comes to the decorations on Cinderella Castle. Well, when in doubt, do a poll! We put the poll up in our Facebook Group, and friends, it wasn’t even close! By nearly a 3:1 ratio, the winner is Team Lights! So, for those of you who voted like I did (Team Projection) – well, we know that we’re right, don’t we? 😉Cheddar from the Big CheeseSophie: Over at Animal Kingdom, Lola, one of the white rhinos there, gave birth to a healthy and adorable female calf in early November, and the Disney Parks Blog released information and pictures about her recently. She is the third white rhino born at Animal Kingdom park in the past 13 months, and the 13th white rhino born at Walt Disney World Resort!Brenda: Are you going to be at Walt Disney World anytime between December 22nd and 31st? If so, one special occurrence is that Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, which had only been performed during the Very Merriest After Hours Party, is now being shown twice daily at the Magic Kingdom during these days! Looks like the times are generally at Noon and 3:45PM or 3:30PM depending on the day.Mike: An alternative to the Mears Connect service bringing guests from Orlando International Airport to Walt Disney World was just announced! It is called The Sunshine Flyer, will be starting on February 1, 2022, and the buses are themed like trains! Prices are $17 per adult, $12.50 per child each way. Mike: Bonus cheddar! Re-opening on March 31, 2022, Disney’s All Star Sports Resort! This means that come March 31, all of the Disney resorts will be open for the first time since 2020!Connect with us!
