It features elite sportspeople who have been brave enough to undertake an on-air therapy session to talk candidly about their struggles. 

In this episode controversial referee Mark Clattenburg reveals the struggles he went through to make it to the top, from the career highs of officiating in a Champions League final, to the lows of being suspended from the Premier League and the decision to leave England, which ultimately cost him his place officiating at the World Cup.
