Two young Black filmmakers from the DMV just built their own corner of the Spider-Verse — and this episode goes behind the mask with them.

Miguel Archer (founder of RedBlock Films, director of *Ultimate Spider-Man: Origins*, and the actor behind Ganke Lee) and Antoine Wingo II (co-director of *Origins* and the ruthless Judge on screen) sit down to talk about building an indie superhero film from the ground up in the DMV — no big studio, no shortcuts, just vision and grind.

We get into the origin story behind the origin story: how RedBlock Films started, what it's like co-directing with your best friend, playing a hero and a villain in the same universe, what got cut from the final film, and why representation in the Spider-Man mythos matters for the next generation of kids watching.
