With such endless lessons available to us on the topic, I came to the conclusion that the most precise way to offer guidance this week was to tune into the Akash and ask for some answers.

In today’s episode we explore the insights I received on why a reconnection to our deepest desires is so important for us in this moment, along with some strategies to do just that.

As humans we all desire connection - to the self, to others, to nature, to something bigger. Though for many of us, we have experienced hurt from our connections. Enough hurt to harden us, to create a protective outer shell.
