Welcome to a New Year of OVT.

For this final episode of 2025, I tuned in to ask the question - what might be standing in the way of your goals for the upcoming year?

And this is what I got - the tendency to get stuck in trying to figure it all out on your own and a lack of openness required to bring in support.

It all comes down to trust. Many of us don't trust that we will be accepted by others when our vulnerabilities are on display. We keep a protective barrier up to avoid judgement, but in doing so we also avoid receiving support.

If you are an artist, a creative, or an entrepreneur with a vision to grow your work in a big way next year, then this episode serves as an exploration into what may need to be faced to so do.

I've explored here the factors that drive our behaviors of hyper-independence, and offer a somatic practice to support you in shifting these patterns.

May it provide you what you need to bring down your guard and attract in some support.

You are what you eat - in many ways, quite literally. That which goes into your body is responsible for the energy you create. The energy you create is responsible for the life you build for yourself.

Our subconscious fears have a sneaky way of taking a hold of our eating behaviors, which, ultimately, can sabotage the goals and desires we are consciously working towards. This unintentionally creates an energetic battle - the conscious mind is pushing us into action toward our goals, while our poor eating patterns are pulling us back and holding us in place.

This week's episode identifies some of the fears that drive these patterns, and explores how it is we can break them to end these cycles of self-sabotage.
