Hebrews 10:1-18.

Like a conductor who captures the imagination of his audience by weaving musical themes throughout the music, our Author/Conductor has done the same in Hebrews. These verses are a culmination of themes that have been singing out ever since the opening notes of Chapter 1. And for his crescendo, our Author goes out on the high note of Christ’s once for all, full and final, sin forgiving sacrifice. Main Idea––Eternal salvation rests on the once for all finished sin forgiving sacrifice of Jesus.
