Club Kali first opened their doors in 1995,  at a time when South Asian LGBTQ+ folk needed a safe space to come together and celebrate South Asian heritage through music and dance. 

This podcast series is part of Club Kali’s Where East Meets West Project, and is compiled from oral histories recorded as part of the project.  It is supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund, with thanks to National Lottery players.
