We spent an afternoon together with artist Walid Siti while he was working on his new installation (titled the Third Life) in this enchanted garden part of his home in London. While constructing the levels of the Third Life he kindly shared the story of his everlasting relationship with the Malwiya Tower (the minaret of The Great Mosque of Samarra) and his profound interest in mountains.
