The idea of homesteading, and living off the land is something so foreign to us now. I’m think about it, when is the last time you had to WAIT for your favorite fruit to be in harvest for you to eat it. When is the last time you seriously had to WAIT at all? While I have enjoyed growing up with plenty of options to eat, and a grocery store right by my house I think my soul really missed something not being exposed to the idea of homesteading at a younger age.
