“Well, don’t die in my apartment, I can’t afford the bad press right now.” Rumi shrugged, lazily shoving at Keigo’s shoulder from where they were slumped on her couch. He flexed a wing to smack her up the head but she just smacked him right back with a long ear to the face.
“You are. The worst. Best friend. Anyone could have.” Keigo groaned, grabbing a pillow and pressing it into his face.
“Good, maybe you’ll finally catch on that I don’t like you.”
“You would die for me.”
“I would the Fuck not,” Miruko laughed, “Come on Birdbrain, it wasn’t that bad.”
“I was naked in the bath when a villain took out the entire north wall of my apartment by yeeting Endeavor through it. He landed. On me. In the tub.”
