The purpose of this leaflet is to provide practical advice to anyone who is only able to use one arm or hand following an injury e.g. fracture or amputation, or an illness e.g. a stroke. It includes useful tips on how to manage everyday activities independently using one arm or hand. This leaflet has been developed by people who are one handed in conjunction with Occupational Therapists.
