Feedback - it seems so simple, doesn't it? But it doesn't always happen.

Voice Actors are adaptable and versatile. If they don't seem to "get" what you were hoping for - simply pick up the phone and talk to them.

They can almost certainly change their delivery to make it pitch perfect.

They want to give you exactly what you need (and they love a bit of direction!).
