From the free music and kids activities on Saturday at the Rotunda to the Thanksgiving 5k that benefits local education, Lewis says there is something for everyone. He recommends stopping by Ha Long Restaurant for some Vietnamese flavor, as well as the restaurant Lucille for some outstanding cocktails, craft beers, and pizza. Neil Mathweg Hosts Aubree Javaherian to talk about trailing spouses and ways introverts can connect People typically don’t plan to be a trailing spouse. More likely, the journey begins as a job opportunity for their spouse, resulting in multiple moves and corporate career climbing. As one spouse’s life and career blooms, the trailing spouse can be left feeling aimless and a bit lost. Aubree Javaherian is one of those trailing spouses and a self-declared introvert. When she first moved to Madison, she says she was nervous to join meetups or community groups. Her advice to other introverts is to look for groups who have similar interests. She says the idea that everyone is already connected is a misnomer, there are always other people who are looking for community. She recommends checking out the Revel, a creative space here in town, as well as Madison Magnets, a young entrepreneurs group!
