šŸŸ McDonalds sells the same 5 menu items, yet they are always coming up with new menu items, why?Ā #relevanceĀ with their customers on this week'sĀ #oneminutewednesday.
šŸ” The same 3 items are the top seller: Big Mac, Chicken Nuggets & Fries. Yet McDonalds is always innovating.
šŸ‘©ā€šŸ³ They are showcasing that even though they have been around for 3/4 of a century they are stillĀ #innovative. It is NOT theĀ #InnovationsĀ in the kitchen but theĀ #cultureĀ to evolve.
šŸ“° They want to remainĀ #relevantĀ with their customers, and so should you.
😔 How many times has a customer gone with another company because they "didn't know you offered that?" It happens ALL the time in siloed companies. Change that #mindset.
