In this episode Josh interviews the Godfather of MMA in Arizona.  After training with the Gracie family in California, Roland Sarria decided to start a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school in Arizona.  After seeing the rise of popularity of MMA through UFC, he decided to start Rage in the Cage in 1998 as a local promotion for those that wanted to compete.  The stories of the rapid growth of Rage in the Cage and the wild wild west atmosphere, are guaranteed to entertain.  24 years later the promotion is still going strong with the additions of Rage in the Ring Muay Thai and the resurgence of Rage in the Cage MMA on the horizon.
