Unexpected Depth
Ms. Daniels brings us another fun âOne Night withâ story, part of the 1Night Stand series of books. This time, itâs the Best Manâs turn. If you read âOne Night with the Groomâ youâve met Alex before. He takes center stage here, and you get to know him and what makes him tick.
The character and scene descriptions were quite good and allowed me to easily visualize everything as I read. I fell into the story and didnât come up for air until I finished. I particularly enjoyed seeing the softer side of Alex and his interactions with Susan.
Then they each receive a 1Night Stand as gifts and. . . well, I wonât spoil it for you. As with most 1Night Stand books, there are explicit sex scenes, but the characters and their relationship take center stage here.
If you enjoy sexy stories with depth, I highly recommend this one.

ONE NIGHT WITH THE BEST MAN by Sara Daniel was an enjoyable return to the world of the One Night With The Bridal Party series. It is the fourth book in the series; I have read the previous three books in the series. It's an erotic, short, quick read as all the novellas in this series are.
ONE NIGHT WITH THE BEST MAN can be read as a standalone if that is your preference. However, there are interconnected characters and I feel that the story of how these characters have been brought together thanks to magical dating guru Madame Eve was presented better in the former installments - so it would enhance your enjoyment of the series, if it was read in order.
