One of Victoria's worst paedophiles has been released into the community unsupervised staying in a house less than a hundred metres from a childcare centre. 7NEWS cannot reveal his identity nor the location he is staying after lawyers successfully argued against it. It's understood the man had stayed at the home previously and was due to stay there again. He was convicted of multiple rapes and child abductions.
