Welcome to episode 5 of One on Lund! This is the first episode that Nathan recorded without broadcasting via Facebook Live. While it seemed like a fun idea to be able to interact with listeners in real time, the live broadcast came with some audio issues and video freezes, and so Nathan will focus on the classic audio-only podcast format going forward. Perhaps future episodes with guests will be available on Facebook Live, but isn't it a good thing for all of us to spend less time on Facebook?

Nathan talks about his love of professional wrestling and describes how he came to be one of the commentators for the popular show Lucha Libre & Laughs. Combining wrestling action and stand up comedy, LLL has been a Denver favorite for years. Nathan is eternally grateful to creator Nick Gossert for the opportunity to call live wrestling alongside Sam Tallent, with occasional support from Mitch Jones, Aaron Urist, and Ian Douglas Terry.
