In episode 92, of L1P, I talk about how a person's standard/bar (our goals, where we want to land, dreams, etc.) may be same as someone else's end game. The idea is that we must be careful that we don't set our standards so high, that we don't want to create such great changes (and goals) that we never meet them. This loop of reaching a goal and immediately setting a new higher one is a disease and could drastically deteriorate your life. Change for improvement, not for a goal that cannot be met.
