In this section, Nami pulls up on the weird earthlike island called Upper Yard and witnesses a strange scene. There's a group of weirdos with wings ganging up on a tattered man who seems harmless, and they're debating who gets to take him out. In the midst of this, that dude with the bazooka turns up and starts some shit, but then this massive bean of light shoots down, like God himself smiting with a laser, and the tattered man is gone.
