Ugh, this is that episode. 

Don't get it wrong, it's an amazing episode - epic Mad Men, if you will. But you start it with the above-referenced ugh-statement. 

Roberta takes the theme of woman-as-property across the episode, and Dan picks up on Don as 8-year old with mommy issues. It's a very themey episode, but not at the expense of plot - big things happen for our main characters.
