In honour of the first double digits episode of One Slice Short of a Loaf and to celebrate 10 weeks of podcasting, Gem and Pip reflect back on some of the more chaotic, wild and bonkers moments never before heard on the podcast! Discussions from this week include scams, 1960s children's television, how to properly greet your teachers and what the woman from 'Tom and Jerry' would buy from the supermarket. Included are first failed attempts at segments, fumbled words, battles with the elements and extra content that was too long to feature in previous episodes but most importantly, a whole lot of giggling. In this week's Episode 9 of One Slice Short of a Loaf, Gem and Pip get philosophical as they discuss matters such as original thoughts, are there only 36 stories and are parsnips just carrots in yellow clothing? Other topics included in their regular segments include the art of flat-packing, Line of Duty, High School Musical, brown drinks and Finding Nemo. With unpopular opinions from grandparents and housemates, and a special telepathy-themed Wordplay, Episode 9 throws up more unconventional food habits and reveals just how 'Berkshire' the girls are.
