Frank is a husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. During his life he has been an entrepreneur in the technology sector, having helped create multiple companies, he is a chef, and a restaurateur. He also has multiple World Records, U.S. National and State records in the strongman sport of Powerlifting. All those records attained not when he was young, but over the last 6 years where today is approaching the young age of 67.

During his life he has had multiple challenges not just as a businessman or restauranteur but with medical, mental and spiritual challenges. I tell you this because I know he has had 2 major open- Heart surgeries, a massive bacterial infection that put him in the hospital for over 90 days of treatment and a major heart attack called the Widow Maker.

While he does not think dealing with his challenges are that big of a deal, some would say some of his situations were miraculous.

But more importantly he is here to tell the story of Oldmanlifting CrushCancer Journey and what it means when he says "One Step Away".
