in this Session I talk to Petra Donkers, entrepreneur with two businesses, singer, author and photographer.  Petra talks about her mission to make an impact on young people to have a happy life. At an early age she discovered not all children are happy and she made it her mission to help young people become happier in their lives because school doesn’t teach children how to be happy. She became a teacher and a mom and discovered making the impact she wanted was not as effortless as she had imagined. Now, many years later she is still on the same journey but through the vehicle of her own business which is a success.

That same success is now challenging her to step up into being a leader in her community. Something she finds hard to do. Today we talk about three things that hold her back from stepping into her leadership.
