"I have family living in Paris, and this sound sample of the River Seine and joggers and cyclists passing underneath Pont Neuf reminded me of the lovely times visiting there with them. The piece is as much about the memories of the lingering sunlight, the gentle energy of people walking and hanging out, as it is about the actual location. The time seems to stretch on into forever as this historic bridge and river represent so much about centuries into the past."
