Businessman David Elliott speaks frankly about the hurt and trauma he experienced when his wife, and mother of his children, said that she was going away, which turned out to be to another partner. He talks of the difficulties and expense of getting legal assistance. David shares his feelings of numbness that overcame him and made normal work impossible. He speaks of the anguish of only having half time care and companionship of his small children.

However, unexpected happenings and contacts came his way in such an extraordinary fashion, that it could only be God coming into his situation and he came to have a personal faith in God through Jesus. A lot of people might identify with David’s trauma, which though alleviated, is still there to a certain extent.
