From the start of the interview, Elspeth discovered that Jo, the manager of the St Francis Charity shop in Marshalswick, St Albans, was a natural at chatting about her job. She loves it! She has a keen and responsible team who have plenty more to do then just taking our money. Elspeth discovers that some clients come in every day and that her team are really reliable. She also let slip that anyone else interested in serving in this way would be welcome to try it.
