This week Elspeth talks to a man who really keeps himself fit – indeed has run several marathons, including the first London one.  He was born in Welwyn Garden City, and has lived there all his life, and of course notices all the developments that happened in the past few years. He has also recently married for the first time, to Pamela. A special couple.
