This week, Elspeth talks to Stephen Wilson, who has spent his working life in education. He often worked with children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). We discuss the fact that these conditions are discussed and treated so much more sensitively than in the past. Stephen has written short books (illustrated by disabled children) to highlight the problems we need to be aware of both in families and in the classroom.
