One Week Left to Live #1 - The First Week of the Rest of Your Life
What if you had one week left to live? What would you do with it?
"One Week Left to Live" is a message series on Jesus' last week on earth. We can learn some things about how Jesus handled his last week on earth. The first thing we learn occurs on Palm Sunday. Jesus knew that he was going to die here. Rather than running from this, he walked toward it and toward the Father as a result.
In John 12:9-19, we see three different areas of obedience:
This passage teaches us through the obedience of these men that following the Father is costly, but worth it. Are you ready to follow the Father? You might have 7 days left to live. You might have 70. You don’t know. Jesus only had 7. He used those 7 to follow the Father. Choose to use your remaining days to follow the Father too.
