Simultaneously, we revamped our vision and mission of empowering entrepreneurs and transforming professional services with a new, sleeker brand image.

As the organization expanded, clarity on roles and responsibilities became paramount. We implemented accountability measures to ensure everyone knew their role.

Building trust and providing emotional support was crucial during the integration process. While turnover occurred, high performers emerged, and career advancement opportunities became evident.
