Have you ever wondered if it is worth starting a podcast? On the one year anniversary of my first 'solo' podcasting journey, I've got a few answers for you.

One year of podcasting. 58 episodes. 20 hours of content. Over 400 hours production, from concept through promotion of each episode.

Starting a podcast was a natural next step for me. I'd worked on one before. I had plenty to say, and plenty of people I wanted to interview.

But doing it on my own was a clear case of biting off more than I could chew. But I chewed. And chewed. And I keep on chewing.

I always knew it would be a lot of hard work. Now I'm sharing whether or not it was worth it.
