It's Our Anniversary!!

One year ago I started this podcast as a way to breakthrough my own barriers.

I wanted to challenge myself to break down the walls that were not serving me.

It was like me against me and I knew that freedom would never come if I didn't actively invite it in.

Like me, you probably know that what you need to do to engage in your own breakthrough but the question is are you willing to participate in the process of saving yourself?

The key is to first make the decision. You'll realize (eventually):

-Your human mind can't process all the ways that your decision will open doors for you which is why you have to take the first step

-Understand that what you desire desires you as well (I keep this mantra close to me)

-Feeling like you are on the edge is the exact place where you receive the next step

-Understand that everything eventually becomes a habit (so the unknown will eventually become your new norm and so on)
