Hello listeners and fellow twenty-somethings. Messy Stages is BACK and in today's episode I'm going solo (quite literally!) as I celebrate one whole year single, share some of the lessons I've learned, touch on my relationship history and how I healed from an abusive relationship and codependency, delve into childhood trauma and how it impacts our adult relationships and share how I've gone from serial monogamy to exploring singledom and casual dating.
