As the pandemic began in March 2020, Lisa Hollinshead found herself stranded in Spain with her son whilst visiting family.

Instead of focusing solely on her own survival, she was inspired to address the isolation many faced. This led her to rally 250 volunteers to build an online platform to unite people globally provide help to one another.
