Dear Friends, welcome to April.  The theme for the next few weeks will  be "Oneness".  In this day and age of isolation and separation, I choose  to talk about "Oneness"  Yes, I'm a rebel indeed.  We just passed the  one year mark of this global experiment and I thought I would shine a  spotlight on how this has changed me.  The compendium meditation for Oneness episode is a guided meditation to achieve Oneness within yourself.  Enjoy.
