We've all heard that comparison is the thief of joy. I am here to set the record straight and confirm that it is the thief of joy. Today, I will share four areas we compare ourselves and how to alter this tendency. I promise that it's not all doom and gloom. Yes, we compare ourselves, and many of us negatively compare ourselves, but this doesn't mean that you are weird or destined to compare yourself for life. 

Here are the four areas of comparison I talk about in this episode: 1) Career |   2) Love, relationships & Intimacy 3) Physicality 4) Success

Today's episode is all about setting healthy boundaries in our relationships; relationships don’t just mean romantic partners, but everyone in life to whom we have given access to us. Setting boundaries can be uncomfortable for many of us, but it is well worth it when we manage to do it. I’ll share a bit of how I manage to set boundaries in my relationship to inspire you to start the journey of setting boundaries.

We all have New Year's Intentions/ resolutions we want to achieve in the upcoming year. Coming up with intentions is easy the easy bit however, keeping them a priority is the harder sister and can sometimes leave us feeling discouraged and frustrated, and at times give up on these intentions altogether. I’ll share three pieces of advice that will help us maintain our intentions throughout the year sustainably.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year, you guess it, Christmas. Merry Christmas, fam; even though this time of the year is jolly, know that it’s okay not to be okay! Feeling emotional, or sadness is totally okay. You don’t have to justify how you’re feeling to anyone. Remember to give yourself grace and check in on yourself throughout this period. Lots of love x
